CHALET DES ETOILES AUX BERGUESIndulge in traditional fondue or raclette at our rooftop restaurant with panoramic views of the lake and snow-capped mountains. Immerse yourself in our chalet atmosphere enhanced by wood panelling, furry rugs, and cosy cushions and throws. Vintage skis, festive wreaths and twinkling lights create an authentic mountain feel that’s perfect for an intimate tête-à-tête with friends, colleagues or loved ones. Christmas Yule LogDiscover our yule log made of a soft chocolate biscuit base covered in hazelnut crisp and coated with a fine chocolate layer. At the centre is a blueberry confit topped with a delicate layer of lemon confit with fir buds, and crowned with a silky chocolate ganache. Advance ordering required. Available for pickup on December 23 to 25 from the reception desks at Il Lago and Bar des Bergues. Serves six to eight people; CHF 90 each. IL PANETTONE DI NataleOur team at Il Lago presents a signature panettone, Italy’s much-loved Christmas cake that is traditionally enjoyed over the festive season. Made with apricot and gianduja, our panettone is available daily for pickup at Il Lago, beginning December 1. 1 kilogram (35 ounces) each; CHF 90. Holiday FunFrom the beginning of December to early January, we welcome children on arrival with a Christmas Treasure Hunt booklet that’s packed with quizzes, riddles and scavenger hunts to propel them into a festive adventure. At turndown, they’ll discover Christmas bedtime stories waiting for them on their beds. Join us in Salon Dufour on Christmas Eve from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm, when Santa Claus pays a visit to read stories and offer gifts to children.
