Meaning “from the leaves” in Latin, Folia is a concept developed by Chef Matthew Kenney in partnership with HRH Prince Khaled bin Alwaleed bin Talal Al Saud’s KBW Ventures. Located in its own secluded garden oasis surrounded by lush shady palms in the heart of the Resort, Folia has a perfect ambiance for plant-based cuisine. The new stand-alone menu, with its refreshing dishes, proves healthy eating is delicious.
