Vegetarian meals are available upon request. Guests’ entrée selections are required 72 hours in advance of the event. Wedding cake designs are to be confirmed with the Executive Pastry Chef at least 90 days prior to the celebration. A 17% service charge, 7% administrative fee and 8% state sales tax will be added to all food and beverage charges.
