MARTÍN MORELLI

EXECUTIVE CHEF

Martín Morelli began his culinary journey in his home country of Uruguay at the former Four Seasons Resort Carmelo. Morelli has always had an appreciation for avant-garde techniques while remaining loyal to his minimalist culinary roots. His innate creativity and enthusiasm for experimentation has led him through various kitchens in South, Central and North America. The menu at Quattro speaks to everything he loves about Italian cuisine: simple, rustic, and designed to be enjoyed over multiple courses.

ERIC KEPPLER

EXECUTIVE PASTRY CHEF

Inspired by California’s culinary pioneers and stories about how dynamic the food scene in the Bay Area was, Eric Keppler moved from the east coast to the Bay Area after graduating with a degree in Baking and Pastry Arts. He worked with five-star pastry chefs in the area and mastered classical European pastry techniques, before joining the Four Seasons where he balances creativity with innovation. Guests may also recognize Keppler if they’ve tuned into this season’s Best Baker in America on Food Network.
