Your choice of a 32-oz Tomahawk Steak or Colorado Rack of Lamb is cut tableside and served with a variety of sides. A glass of wine is personally selected and paired with your dinner by the MKT team. (USD 78 per person, minimum of two people)

Hailing from Pays de Loire in France, where he grew up on a farmstead, Chef Cyrille Pannier has worked in renowned kitchens around the world, from London to Los Angeles, bringing more than 30 years of culinary experience to oversee all culinary aspects of the Hotel.
