Phillip Taylor
EXECUTIVE CHEFDuring university, Phillip Taylor worked at a bustling café on Melbourne’s famous Lygon Street. He was inspired by the camaraderie, his mentor and the stories behind dishes. Thirteen years later and he has travelled the globe as a chef, from Michelin-starred restaurants in London to flagship restaurants and hotels around Asia.
