THE CITY’S NEWEST HOT SPOT, THE ROTUNDA BAR IS SET IN A STRIKING LOCATION BENEATH A STUNNING ART DECO CEILING
Perfect for after work drinks, pre-dinner aperitivo or a nightcap, the Bar offers an impressive menu of 1920s-inspired creative cocktails, refined classics and rare vintage spirits as well as delicious bar snacks.
A natural gathering place at the heart of Four Seasons Hotel London at Ten Trinity Square, the building’s origins as the headquarters of the Port of London Authority is reflected in the maritime-inspired details of its elegant architecture and interiors, including the beautiful domed ceiling, a replica of the original, which was badly damaged during WWII.
At the Rotunda Bar, Head Bartender Michal Maziarz and his talented team aim to ensure the menu represents the history of the property and the era in which it was built; cocktails include the Blushing Violet, made with violet, white grapefruit, elderflower, sweet wine.
An impressive array of whiskies and vintage spirits are organized into a timeline of the history of Ten Trinity Square, picking out key dates of building’s heritage and matching them with different vintages. Mostly one-of-a-kind, the extensive list in the selection date back to 1922, when the Port of London Authority headquarters officially opened.
