Our instructor is a certified Romana Pilates instructor, trained under the supervision of Cynthia Lochard – one of the four Pilates Grand Masters in the world. Each class is a personalized session of 60 minutes, during which your instructor will create a customized workout and guide you through it. This authentic Pilates experience, which utilizes Gratz apparatus and mat-work exercises, takes place in our well-equipped studio.
Each class is based on the original six Pilates principles: concentration, control, center, flow, precision and breathing. This method helps to improve flexibility and endurance in the entire body, with a special focus on alignment, breathing, core strength, coordination and balance.
This traditional kickboxing sport is a fabulous cardio workout, better than any treadmill or cross-trainer. Muay Thai works the entire body, increasing your strength, stamina, endurance and flexibility. Our expert instructor offers a high level of personalization during the class: choose your own level of challenge and focus on either refining your technique or building your strength.

Our TRX (Total-Body Resistance Training) program uses techniques developed by the US Navy SEALS and involves exercising while suspended in the air.
