Gather in the lobby and embark in a private buggy on a guided tour of the Resort’s organic and herb garden.* As you help hand pick the fresh ingredients, learn about Thai culture and the value of farming sustainable ingredients.
Next, you will have the option to join a small ceremony to bless the spirit house, a structure dedicated to honouring the guardians of the land. It is also a place to tune into the present moment and pay respect to Mother Earth.
You will then experience the cooking demonstration, led by the Resort’s culinary team. The demonstration will introduce you to traditional Thai food preparation and cooking methods. After the class, enjoy a private lunch in a traditional Thai home with each dish explained by a top Thai chef.
Rejoin us in the eveining for a tasting of Thai wines recommended by the Resort’s sommelier. The wine tasting will be followed by an exclusive dinner at the Rice Barn featuring specially selected Thai dishes in the Lanna, E-Saan and Southern regional styles while enjoying live Thai Khim music.
