- Please plan to arrive at least 30 minutes before your treatment time, so that you may change, enjoy our spa facilities, and complete a health questionnaire.
- We will provide you with a locker where you can store your clothes. Inside your locker we provide you with a luxurious robe and slippers to wear within the Spa. All our therapists are skilled in proper draping procedures to ensure complete comfort and privacy.
- Please do not bring valuables to the Spa. We are not responsible for lost or stolen articles. Before leaving for the day, please check that you have not left any personal items behind in your locker or other areas in the spa.
- Our locker rooms are generous in size and include steam rooms. Our showers are fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and shaving cream. Grooming areas are fully stocked with amenities such as disposable razors, Q-tips, deodorant, face and body lotion and hair spray.
- Guests aged 16 or under are not eligible for massage and body treatments; those aged 17 to 18 may enjoy these services with a signed waiver of liability.
- For salon treatments, guests aged 12 and older may receive services with a signed waiver and the presence of an adult.
- To ensure a peaceful and serene experience, we kindly ask that mobile phones and electronic devices be set to silent mode and used discreetly while at the Spa. To respect the privacy of all our guests, photography, videos, and social media recordings are not permitted within the Spa facilities. Please note that the Spa is exclusively for adults.
- Spa and Salon Booking and Cancellation Policy
- For your convenience, we recommend scheduling your spa appointments in advance.Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice of any changes or cancellations. Cancellations made within 24 hours or missed appointments will be charged 100% of the service price. Please note that late arrivals may shorten your treatment time.
