Overview

Some pleasures are better left unscheduled. From 11:00 am onwards, choose six, nine or 12 tacos from our signature selection and have your tray brought to any spot across our Resort, ready for an impromptu lunch, something to share with friends or a leisurely bite between plans.

Options for building your taco selection:
Prime Rib-Eye Asado: Wood-grilled rib-eye, charred onions and roasted garlic on a corn tortilla
Braised Birria: Slow-braised beef with traditional spices on a corn tortilla
Suadero: Mexico City–style slow-cooked beef on a corn tortilla
Al Pastor: Achiote-marinated pork with grilled pineapple on a corn tortilla
Cochinita Pibil: Yucatán-style slow-roasted pork with pickled red onions on a corn tortilla
Chorizo from El Carrizal: Traditional Mexican sausage grilled over fire and served on a flour tortilla
Shrimp Gobernador: Shrimp, peppers, onions and melted cheese on a flour tortilla
Nopales & Charred Vegetables: Grilled cactus, roasted Miraflores vegetables and avocado spread on a corn tortilla
Vegan Chorizo & Potato: Plant-based chorizo, roasted potatoes and salsa verde on a flour tortilla
