Overview

Our much-loved Sunday Brunch returns once a month at Palmerio with a refreshed concept and a celebratory spirit. Expect family-style favourites, lively cooking stations, a raw bar, a Baja grill and barbecue, wood-fired pizzas, and a playful ice cream and sorbet station. Live music and an easygoing afternoon pace complement bottomless mimosas and spritz. Children can also enjoy access to Papalote, Kids For All Seasons (KFAS), while adults are invited to finish on a sweet note in Executive Pastry Chef Guillermo’s dessert room.

: Children under 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
: The experience is located at Palmerio.
The experience is available to both resort guests and local residents.
Local residents receive a 10% discount when showing valid ID.
Children under 12 years old receive 50% off.

March 22 – Spring Equinox: Wellness Edition Brunch by Tierra Mar Spa
April 5 – Coastal Easter Brunch: Where Baja's laid-back spirit meets Easter tradition
May 24 – Bloom Brunch: Flower harvest celebration with a special Rosé Bar (Memorial Day Weekend)
June 21 – Summer Solstice Brunch: Celebrating the longest day of the year with an endless margarita selection by Sora
