On-site Activities
- Hungarian Wine Tasting
One of Hungary’s best-kept secrets is its world-class wine. Introduce your group to the vintages beyond the town of Tokaj with a private wine tasting in the Gallery Room, led by our Sommelier.
- Tea Time
Trade in your mid-meeting coffee break for something a little different. Our afternoon tea service, hosted under the glass cupola in the historic Peacock Passage and accompanied by live piano music, is a feast of Hungarian cakes, savoury delights and our own custom tea, served on famous Herend porcelain and offering a refreshing way for your group to relax and recharge.
- Street Party
If you’re hosting a large group, we offer a one-of-a-kind experience: a private, open-air party on one of the most picturesque streets in Budapest. Your guests can celebrate a successful meeting experience with a lavish buffet, curated music and Four Seasons service and enjoy the street all to themselves for a guaranteed good time.
Off-site Activities
- City of Spas
Explore the spas for which Budapest is famous on a group outing to the landmark Gellert or newly renovated Rudas thermal baths. We can arrange a special visit that includes plenty of time in the indoor pools, the saunas and even stargazing from the heated outdoor pools.
- The Labyrinth of Buda
Introduce your group to one of the city’s hidden gems: the underground labyrinth of Buda Castle. We can schedule an evening visit to this fascinating, 1,200-metre-long complex of caves and cellars. Your guests will try to find their way through with an oil lantern – a great opportunity for team building – and finish with a tasting of Hungarian wines.
- Drinks on the Danube
End a meeting experience or treat your party guests with an unforgettable, nighttime river cruise. Floating along the Danube, your group will enjoy dinner and dancing, accompanied by the magical effect of the city lights and illuminated historic landmarks.
- Castle Party
For a truly unique experience, let us prepare a private party for your group at historic Buda Castle. Guests arrive by 150-year-old funicular train and enjoy drinks and such Hungarian treats as liver pâté tartlets, all in an exclusive location with breathtaking views of Budapest.
