Aqua offers a brand new brunch experience where you can savor favourite delicacies from all around the world and delightful moments with a beautiful Bosphorus view. Four Seasons Bosphorus team takes the brunch concept into a different level and turns it into a Sunday Festival. As in previous years, live music by Purple Hand Band appeals to both eye and ear, making the whole experience even more memorable.
You may enjoy the buffet-style Sunday Festival prepared by Executive Chef, Savaş Aydemir and his culinary team featuring options ranging from delicatessen to seafood, homemade pasta, pizza, risotto, cold cuts, sushi, sashimi, oysters, local and international cheeses and freshly baked bread. The team prepares delicious choices emphasizing rich local flavours of Turkey, including the renowned doner kebab. For guests preferring to eat light, the salad corner offers seasonal alternatives from Chef’s herb garden. Those with a sweet tooth should make sure to leave room for sweets as the pastry team prepares a diverse dessert buffet. Stations such as mocktail bar, barbeque zone and Istanbul’s street food specialties including pide, rice pilaf, manti, gozleme and stuffed mussels are also available for the brunch guests of Aqua.
With its convenient setting in Istanbul, Sunday Festival at Aqua Restaurant is an opportunity for families and friends to get together and savour delicious food with unprecedented Four Seasons service. Sunday Festival is available every Sunday from 12:30 to 3:30 pm. The entire Aqua restaurant and a part of YALI Lounge transform to accommodate brunch guests, who may choose between indoor seating or dining al fresco on Aqua’s terrace, based on the season.
