Deposit and Payment Terms:
Payments may be made by credit card or wire transfer. The deposit schedule shall be as follows:- XPF 200,000 deposit is required to block the date
- Other deposits based on total wedding charges will be scheduled between the reservation date and the wedding date
- 100% of the total estimated charges (wedding & rooms) will be due 30 days prior to the wedding date
Cancellations:
The cancellation fee will be based on the date the written notice is received. The following cancellation schedule will apply:- 91 days or more prior to event: Full refund
- 90–31 days: XPF 200,000
- 30–0 days: No refund
Please note that, in addition to the above charge, in some instances your issuing bank may also charge a 2–3% international service fee, which will be posted on your credit card statement.
Taxes and Rates
- All rates are inclusive of 13% VAT on services and 18% tax (VAT-Service-Resort fee) on food and beverage.
- All rates are subject to change without notice.
Advance booking is required. All offers are subject to availability at time of booking, unless otherwise noted. Offers are not valid in conjunction with any other offer or contract and do not apply to previously booked business. Prices are based on two people and include all taxes and service fees.
