Six Days and Five Nights - Island Time Retreat

Bora Bora is one of the world’s most coveted destinations, surrounded by a spectacular lagoon, water sports, and leisure activities. What follows is just a sampling – we invite you to contact us to discuss your unique needs.

Day One

Morning – Arrival
Spot our multicolored lagoon from the sky feel welcomed by the Four Seasons Resort Bora Bora staff with fresh tiare flower leis upon arrival. You will be escorted to our Resort boat for a 12-minute ride to our private island. An impossibly blue lagoon and dramatic volcanic peaks provide the backdrop while refreshing bottled water and chilled oshibori towels will refresh you enroute. Upon arrival at Four Seasons Resort Bora Bora, you'll be greeted with a glass of fresh juice and escorted to your one-bedroom overwater bungalow suite.

The Polynesian culture is a blend of Asian-Pacific cultures, including Chinese, Maori, Papua New Guinea and Samoa. Polynesian culinary history is equally diverse and colourful.

A trio of local dancers will celebrate Polynesian music and dance and invite you to come on this South Seas journey with them.

Turndown amenity: Enjoy a waterproof beach bag with sunscreen, hat, sunglasses, water shoes and fish ID card.

The Polynesian word Mai means “come” and Kai means “eat.” Chef Teiva and his wife Jessica will invite you to come dine by the water at one of Bora Bora’s most popular waterside restaurants. The open-air terrace overlooking the lagoon and pool with local musicians playing contemporary tunes is perfect for an outdoor reception. As you move inside for dinner, a traditional woven pandanus roof with a 60-foot ceiling and colourful, island-inspired paintings create a relaxed, modern vibe. Chef Teiva’s regional farm (and sea) to table menu makes Mai Kai a favourite with both locals and visitors alike.
