We recommend that guests arrive 30 minutes before their appointment to unwind with a pre-treatment steam bath and prepare mentally and physically for their Spa experience.

We kindly ask that any cancellations be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled experience to avoid any charges.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time, or in the case of a no-show, will incur a charge of 100% of the experience cost, which will be applied to your room bill.
