Things To Know

: Guests must be 18 years or older to participate.
Guests will be asked to complete a health questionnaire prior to their treatment.
This treatment is not suitable for people who are pregnant.
: Guests should remove jewellery and other valuables before any treatment.
We recommend that guests arrive 30 minutes before their appointment to unwind with a pre-treatment steam bath and prepare mentally and physically for their Spa experience.
Price includes tax of 19% VAT.

: We kindly ask that any cancellations be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled experience to avoid any charges.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time, or in the case of a no-show, will incur a charge of 100% of the experience cost, which will be applied to your room bill.
