- This class offers a low-impact, highly effective way to build cardiovascular strength and endurance. Designed for all fitness levels, it offers a challenging opportunity to get your heart pumping and burn calories.
- BODY WEIGHT WORKOUT
- An outdoor workout for all levels that include strength training and cardiovascular conditioning. This full-body workout will improve muscular strength and endurance. Be ready to push your limits and walk out feeling strong.
- BOXING CONDITIONING
- Step into the ring with this high intensity workout that blends the best of traditional boxing conditioning and functional fitness. Improving your cardio endurance, balance, agility and core strength. Modifications provided to accommodate all fitness levels, no boxing experience necessary.
Sessions are 60 minutes and USD 200. Each additional person is USD 50.
