Manu Calderon

Executive Chef
Executive Chef Emmanuel “Manu” Calderón brings more than two decades of culinary experience across the globe, from luxury resorts in Mexico to cruise ships sailing the Mediterranean, and a career that spans nearly every corner of the Four Seasons world, including Seattle, Santa Barbara, Scottsdale, Mexico City and Dallas. Born in the Yucatán peninsula, Manu’s love of food began at home, watching his grandmother and mother cook. That early curiosity led him to a career marked by hotel openings, international pop-ups and mentorship roles across the brand. Known for his soulful approach to cuisine and unwavering love of eating, Manu infuses each dish with a global perspective, cultural pride and a desire to create connections.

Leonard Gensolin

Executive Sous Chef
Chef Leo brings more than a decade of experience from his culinary start in Napa Valley, to his time spent in the kitchens of the historic Four Seasons Resort The Biltmore Santa Barbara. While currently an integral part of leading the culinary program at Four Seasons Resort and Residences Anguilla, Chef Leo is a passionate advocate for bringing excellence to multicultural culinary teams and reimagining Caribbean dishes that highlight local ingredients. The opportunity to be generous, gracious and hospitable is what inspires Chef Leo to share his heart in every dish.

Richard Baun

Chef de Cuisine, Sunset Lounge
Chef Richard joined the Culinary Team at Four Seasons Resort and Residences Anguilla in 2016. From the heart of Philippines to the culinary capital of the Caribbean in Anguilla, Chef Richard has enjoyed sharing his expertise to the world through his cooking style and heritage. As Chef De Cuisine, Chef Richard fell in love in incorporating local Anguillan ingredients, turning them into a magical marriage of flavours, while creating unforgettable experiences.

Kenrick Richardson

Jr. Executive Sous Chef
Chef Kenrick brings a culinary career of over 33 years and has had the privilege to create a transcontinental culinary background working in the Caribbean, North America and Europe. Through his experiences, he has been a part of the Anguilla International Culinary Team, Johnson & Wales, and Michelin-starred restaurants in Paris. Chef Kenrick is a firm believer in doing what you love and loving what you do.

Darren Connor

Restaurant Chef, Bamboo Bar & Grill
Born and raised in Anguilla, Chef Darren is grounded and passionate about all things Caribbean. While cooking at Four Seasons Resort and Residences Anguilla, Chef Darren enjoys connecting his passion with guests from around the world who are looking for a genuine Anguillan experience. As restaurant chef, Chef Darren looks forward to always learning and creating new experiences in the Caribbean.
