Four Seasons Resort Whistler offers guests complimentary access to our well-equipped cardio and weight-training centre. Facilities include luxurious locker rooms featuring steam rooms and showers. The Resort also offers aerobics classes taught by certified instructors.
Four Seasons Virtual Workout
Visit the health club, located in the Spa, and enjoy a complimentary Four Seasons Virtual Workout. Choose between Treadmill Trainer, Fitter-U or Elliptical Trainer. Downloaded to an iPod, these virtual sessions will help guide you through a workout – regardless of your fitness level. For more information, please visit the Spa and speak with our Wellness Concierge.
After your workout, relax in our outdoor pool and whirlpool, or replenish your body in our eucalyptus steam room.
