Wines & Cocktails
An abundance of California wines are on offer, as are organic, sustainable and biodynamic choices. Our Wellness Cocktails, such as the antioxidant mojito or blueberry pomegranate martini, offer a healthy twist. Or, using your favourite colours, we can concoct a signature cocktail to match the colour scheme of your event.
Cakes & Desserts
Our talented in-house Pastry Chef can create a beautiful, customised wedding cake in the flavour of your choice. If you have a photograph of a special cake in mind, we'll do our best to recreate it. For a sweet ending, we can offer butler-passed pétit pastries or a dessert buffet of pastries, cookies, mini tarts, cupcakes, and cakes. For a surprise twist, we can prepare a hot chocolate station, made-to-order crêpes or a mini-doughnut station where guests can dip doughnut holes with a selection of toppings (chocolate, powdered sugar, sprinkles or caramel).
