Wellness Kitchen

Cooking class

Fresh, nutritious food and fine dining come together in the Wellness Kitchen. Led by registered dietician chefs, our cooking classes offer practical help with selecting, preparing and enjoying simple and delicious meals made using super foods that improve health and increase longevity. The two-hour interactive classes of up to 16 people are a hands-on experience. You will first cook and then sit down to enjoy a nutritious meal. Classes are offered from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday, with rotating menus.

Body composition analysis (BOD POD)

Body composition testing measures the quality of a person's body mass (% body fat). Weight on the scale merely reflects a quantity. The BOD POD measures the quality of a person’s weight or percent of body fat. This technique is extremely precise and takes just a few minutes while sitting comfortably.

Considered the "gold standard" in cardio respiratory fitness testing, VO2 determines the amount of oxygen a person utilizes during exercise.
