Our signature restaurant, Hampton’s, serves Californian cuisine at its best. Relax on custom red and gold furnishings and enjoy panoramic views of the garden and waterfall while dining on the outdoor terrace. Watch signature dishes being prepared at the Chef’s Table, for parties of up to eight guests, or entertain in the restaurant’s private dining room.

Chef de Cuisine Jelle Vandenbroucke’s menu offers a selection of wellness-inspired dishes and tempting indulgences. Focusing on presentation, the cuisine showcases delectable colours, shapes and textures.

The restaurant is open for dinner from Tuesday to Saturday and for a brunch buffet on Sundays.

Specialties

Our creative Californian cuisine uses the freshest locally produced ingredients. Inspired by the French tradition, the dinner menu offers the region’s favourite seasonal vegetables, seafood and specially selected free-range, grain-fed meats.

An extensive wine list emphasises California Central Coast selections and boutique wines from the Americas.

On Friday evenings from 5:30 pm to 9:30 pm, our expansive seafood buffet features chef's stations, fresh lobster, chilled crab claws, shrimp and more.

USD 59.00 per person, exclusive of tax, gratuities and beverages. USD 29.50 for children ages 5 to 12.

Community Chef’s Table
On Wednesday and Saturday evenings, the Chef’s Table is available for smaller parties to dine together in the kitchen. Enjoy Chef Vandenbroucke’s choice of a five-course tasting menu, paired with a selection of wines.
