Focusing on presentation, the cuisine showcases delectable colours, shapes and textures. The restaurant is open for dinner from Tuesday to Saturday and for a brunch buffet on Sundays. Inspired by the French tradition, the dinner menu offers the region’s favourite seasonal vegetables, seafood and specially selected free-range, grain-fed meats.
