Menus and Catering
For your wedding events, international flavour meets classical tradition at Four Seasons. Emphasizing fresh, local, premium ingredients, our catering team offers expertise in a number of specialized cuisines that span the globe – from Southern, Cajun and Creole cuisine to European, Asian and African specialties.
We can offer you an extensive array of menus to choose from – including Indian, Persian and kosher – or we can completely custom design a menu for you, with your choice of beverages. We also offer Getting Ready menus to help you stay nourished and energized on your wedding day.
Adjacent to the Hotel, a 500-square-foot (46-square-metre) herb and vegetable garden provides seasonal vegetables and herbs for use in the Hotel's restaurant and catering offerings. Chef Douglas Anderson along with his culinary team, have installed 400 plants, some secured from Amish farms, that represent 62 different varieties of herbs and vegetables. Exotic herbs such as curry leaf, sweet cicely, Good King Henry, sorrel and chervil grow alongside staples such as oregano, lemon grass, basil, sage and four different varieties of mint (pineapple, chocolate, orange and peppermint).
Cakes and other desserts
Our pastry chef will work with you to select the cake flavour and filling to please your palate and impress your reception guests. You may choose from an extensive menu of popular cakes, or we can create a customised wedding or groom’s cake that complements your wedding theme or incorporates personal elements into the design. Our cakes come in 10 different flavours and a variety of 14 delicious fillings for endless combinations.
