In keeping with the importance of power daytime dining in the nation's capital, BOURBON STEAK's creator, Michael Mina and Executive Chef David Varley have created distinctive lunch and dinner menus sourced from the East and West Coasts to offer a culinary experience sure to delight guests.
Known for his signature slow-poaching method of cooking, Mina delivers a modern menu that focuses on the finest meats and seafood available both locally and worldwide.
Designed by Rockwell Group of New York, the restaurant boasts a private dining room that is available for special events and private gatherings.

The restaurant features contemporary American fare with a focus on seasonal ingredients, as well as Mina's award-winning butter-poached meat and poultry and classic seafood dishes.
