  • Park Ballroom

The Park Ballroom emanates timeless grandeur and warmth. With 516 square metres (5,560 square feet) of unobstructed function space and 5 metre (17 foot) ceilings, the ballroom is ideal for extravagant dinners, weddings or social celebrations, accommodating receptions of up to 800 people. This elegant Vancouver wedding hall features lavish draperies which frame the room at either end, along with damask wall coverings, oak paneling and emerald glass accents. The rich carpets are beautifully patterned with mauve, green and rose accents. In the grand foyer, guests will enjoy mingling among neoclassical paintings and sophisticated furnishings.

Park Ballroom Configurations: The Park Ballroom can be separated into various sections, depending on need.

  • Section A

This is largest of the three sections, which can be made into its own separate space. Enjoy the splendor of the Ballroom in a more intimate atmosphere of 284 square metres (3,064 square feet). Perfect as a theatre setting for up to 300 viewers, or for receptions of up to 400 guests.

  • Section B

The central section is an extra 70 square metres (756 square feet) of well-appointed space which can be added to either Section A or Section C, or both, providing you with the luxury of flexibility.

  • Section C

At the far end of Vancouver’s most beautiful Ballroom, Section C creates a unique and intimate setting with 150 square metres (1,620 square feet) of space. Separated from the other sections by an airwall, it may be used for a variety of functions, from a boardroom setup that seats 36 to a glittering reception accommodating 250 guests.

  • Sections A & B

This superb reception and dining area can be created by combining the two larger sections of the Park Ballroom. The result is as sophisticated as the ballroom, only on a more intimate scale. Host a charity awards banquet — with rear screen — that seats up to 130 people, or a stylish reception with up to 500 guests.

  • Sections B & C

This is the grand space that can be created by combining the smaller and the central sections of the Park Ballroom. The result is as elegant as the ballroom, on a more intimate scale. Throw a wedding banquet for up to 190 friends, family and colleagues, or host an industry function with up to 400 people.

Suitable for dinners for up to 100 people or receptions for 150, Le Pavillon features beautiful oak panelling and marble trim, with large, neo-classical mural landscapes hung throughout the room. It can also be used for two individual functions, as it can be separated by an airwall into two rooms, each with its own entrance.
