Special requests
To assist meeting planners with every detail of their meeting, our Conference Services Manager will provide you with a list of contacts in every department and is pleased to co-ordinate any special requests for groups. When it comes to making sure your function runs perfectly, our Banquet Managers are there to back you up. And our Concierge department is famous for fulfilling even the most unusual requests. Please feel free to challenge us.
Presentation supplies
Upon request, our Conference Services Department will be pleased to coordinate the purchasing of presentation supplies. The nearest office supply store is conveniently located beneath the Hotel in Pacific Centre Mall. We can arrange anything from flip charts to the latest audiovisual equipment to ensure your next program is a total success. Please notify your Conference Services Manager of any special needs and we'll take care of the rest.
