Inspired by the nearby mountains, lofty 12-metre (40-foot) ceilings reach to the sky, while warmth and comfort emanate from rich wood panelling and a floor-to-ceiling sandstone fireplace. Dining with a crowd? YEW’s communal table, hewn from a slab of native maple from Vancouver Island, is a convivial setting for up to 14. And set in the middle of YEW, a skylit dining area for ten, encased in glass lined with rows and rows of fine wine.
