  • What is the difference between the Hotel/Resort and the Residences?

    The Residences are an extension of the Hotel/Resort and are located on the same property. The Residences allow guests to travel with all the comforts of home – fully equipped kitchens, spacious living areas, multiple bedrooms, and laundry facilities – while enjoying the same services and amenities offered at the Hotel/Resort.

  • Can anyone make a reservation at the Residences? 

    Yes, Four Seasons Residences can be booked just as easily as our hotel rooms and suites. They are a wonderful accommodation option for larger families, business travel, extended stays, multi-generational celebrations or those just looking for a ‘home away from home’ during their travels.

  • Is there a minimum or maximum length-of-stay requirement for a reservation at the Residences?

    No, although the Residences are ideal for extended stays, there are no standard requirements for length of stay. However, cancellation policies may vary per property and room night minimums may apply during certain seasons or as part of reservation packages.

  • How do I make a reservation at the Residences?

    Reservations can be made at the Residences through all the same channels as Four Seasons hotel rooms and suites by contacting our Worldwide Sales Offices, calling the property’s Reservations Department directly and now online. 

  • Can my travel agent make my reservations at the Residences?

    Yes, travel agents can make all of your arrangements for you and standard commission structures are honored. 

  • Where do I check in to my Residence rental?

    Guests check in to their Residence rental at the property’s Guest Reception or Front Desk just as you would if checking in with a hotel room or suite reservation. Here you will complete any necessary registration processes and receive the keys to your unit.  

  • What is included in my Residence rental?

    Residence rentals include spacious accommodations that are meant to be your ‘home away from home’ and come equipped with all of the necessities such as dishware, utensils, cookware, laundry detergent, toiletries, and of course a Four Seasons team ready to provide any other items you may need to make your stay more comfortable. 

  • What types of rooms are at the Residences? 

    Although layout and square footage differ from property to property, the Residences provide multi-room accommodations with private bedroom(s), multiple bathrooms, kitchen facilities, living room and dining areas and terrace(s) or balconies.  

  • Do you have access to the Hotel/Resort’s services and amenities while staying at the Residences?

    Yes, guests staying at the Residences have access to all of the Hotel/ Resort’s services and amenities such as Concierge, Guest Services, Valet, Housekeeping, Room Service, fitness facilities, pools, and recreation areas. Guests also enjoy the use of and charging privileges at all restaurants, dining outlets, spas and golf courses available on property. 

  • Do you receive Housekeeping services at the Residences?

    Yes, guests staying in the Residences receive up to twice-daily Housekeeping services with a full daily cleaning and complimentary turndown service in the evening. Whether our guests are staying for only a few nights or for an extended length of time, Four Seasons Housekeeping teams offer customized cleaning schedules based on guests’ preferences and built around their desired times. 

  • Can you bring your own food and beverages to the Residences? 

    Yes, the kitchen facilities come equipped with refrigerators and cabinet space so that our guests can enjoy eating and cooking in the comfort of their Residence. Guests may bring food and beverages with them or take advantage of the grocery stocking services provided prior to arrival and throughout their stay. 

  • Do you have room charging privileges at the Residences?

    Yes, guests staying at the Residences have charging privileges at all outlets and services offered at the Hotel/Resort. For our guests’ convenience, bill settlement may be scheduled periodically based on the property’s accounting requirements.
