    889 Yoga at Four Seasons Toronto is an exclusive, calming experience of Yoga and Pilates within the Spa at Four Seasons Toronto, open to hotel guests, residents and our Toronto community.


    The 889 offering of Yoga + Pilates includes: 3-week pre-registered programs, Specialty Sundays, and private classes. All registrants must pre-reserve your spot directly with the spa at +1 (416) 963-6006. Our Yoga-Spa experience will leave you feeling light, refreshed, clear and full of ‘zenergy.’


    All pre-registered guests check-in on the 9th floor with Spa Reception prior to each class and will have access to locker rooms, personal amenities and steam room.

SLOW FLOW YOGA

This is more than just a yoga class: It is a slow, deep and soulful experience. Enjoy gentle vinyasa flow yoga with long holds and a deep release. Taught to a playlist of soothing tunes, this class will leave you rested and nourished. It's perfect for those who want to move slower, or who are newer to yoga.

TENSION MELT YIN YOGA

This gentle but deep class focuses on stretching the connective tissues of the body (ligaments, tendons and myofascia) in the hips, hamstrings, spine and shoulders. Yin Yoga is a great way to let go of unnecessary, accumulated tension brought on by sitting in the office or sport-induced tightness and discomfort (runners and cyclists!). Free up stagnation, open your foundation, and experience spaciousness and ease throughout your whole body.

aroma YOGA

When the heart is open we can begin to experience our best selves and we are able to fully thrive in each moment. In Aroma Yoga, you will receive the benefits of yin yoga in combination with healing, organic aromatherapy that focuses in on your chakras. Enjoy giving your body and mind the time and space to unwind, let go and open up. Yin yoga postures are passive poses held for three to five minutes, allowing your muscles, connective tissues and fascia layers the time they need to stretch out and release. Organic essential oils are mindfully applied topically during the yoga experience to melt away tension, open your heart and create a sanctuary for your senses.

GLOW Yoga for Moms

All 899 Yoga programs are non-refundable and non-transferrable. Missed classes may not be carried over to another series. A minimum of eight persons are required for a series. If registration numbers do not meet this minimum, the class will be cancelled one week before the first class.

Advance booking of 48 hours is required for yoga or Pilates private classes. Private classes are subject to a 48-hour cancellation fee.
