When you turn on the tap in your room’s marble bathroom, the pristine water hasn’t traveled far. That’s because almost all of the water we use in the Hotel comes directly from natural sources on the property.
Drawn from a natural spring in the Chinzan-so gardens, we draw the water and use an advanced cleaning and testing process before sending it through the hotel. And if that weren’t enough, after you use water in your sink or shower, we clean the remnants and use it again in our toilet system.
So you’re able to help the environment by conserving water, while being treated to crisp, fresh spring water your entire stay. And even if you can’t tell the difference, since we’re not wasting a single drop of water, Mother Nature sure can.
