Airport greeting service
After you have gone through customs and immigration, Four Seasons personnel will greet you with a refreshing Oshibori towel and chilled water before escorting you to your car. Private car transfer charges apply. The greeter will then alert the Hotel, and you will be greeted by name upon arrival. For more information or to book this service, please contact the Hotel. On request, airport greeting service is complimentary for first-time guests. Subsequent airport greeting service requests are available at JPY 3,000 per time.
