Narita International Airport and Haneda Aiport (Tokyo International Airport) are the two international airports servicing Tokyo.
Limousine service
Hotel limousine service can be arranged through the Concierge; fee is applicable. Please contact the Concierge for rates. The Hotel also provides valet and self-parking; fee is applicable.
Narita International Airport greeting service
After you have gone through customs and immigration, Four Seasons personnel will greet you with a refreshing Oshibori towel and chilled water before escorting you to your car. The greeter will then alert the Hotel, and you will be greeted by name upon arrival. For more information or to book this service, please contact the Concierge. On request, airport greeting service is complimentary for first-time guests. Subsequent airport greeting service requests are available at JPY 3,000 per time. Fees apply for private car transfer or other transporation options from the airport to the hotel and are not included in this service.

Tokyo Narita is the city's main international point of entry for all foreign and domestic carriers, with connecting domestic service to most points in Japan. Please contact the Hotel's Concierge for further information about arrival arrangements.
By bus
The most convenient and economical way to travel to the Hotel is by the orange-coloured Airport Limousine bus. The ticketing booth is directly outside the arrival lane after passing through customs. The bus departs the airport at regular intervals and drops guests off at the Hotel. Another option is to take the bus from the airport to the Sunshine City terminal, Ikeburo, then take a 10-minute taxi ride to the Hotel.
By rail
Narita Express and Skyline trains are easily accessible from Narita International Airport. The Narita Express arrives at Ikebukuro Station, a 10-minute taxi ride to the Hotel. The Skyline train arrives at Ueno Station, a 20-minute taxi ride from the Hotel.
By car
- Taxi service is available at airport taxi stands; fee is applicable.
- Rental cars are available at both Narita and Haneda airports:
o Take Higashi-Kanto Expressway
o Change to Metropolitan Expressway No. 9 and then to No. 5-Ikebukuro
o Exit at Waseda and turn left
o At the fourth traffic light, turn left at the Edogawabashi crossing
o At the third street signal, turn left at Mejiro Sakashita
o The Hotel is at the top of the hill on the left
o Valet or self-parking is available; fees apply
From nearby train and subway stations
The Hotel is readily accessible via both the Japan Rail and Tokyo Metro systems.
The Hotel is a 7-minute taxi ride or a 10-minute bus ride from Mejiro Station, on the Japan Rail Yamanote line.
- Taxi – Taxi service is available across the road from the station exit, and fare to the Hotel will be approximately JPY 1,000
- Bus – Catch bus number 61 across the road from the station exit, directly opposite McDonald's, and disembark at the Chinzan-so stop (fare is JPY 200)
- Walking – When you exit the station, turn right and walk along Mejiro-dori for approximately 20 minutes
The Hotel is a 3-minute taxi ride or a 10-minute walk from Edogawabashi Station on the Tokyo Metro Yurakucho line.
- Taxi – Exit the subway at 1A; fare to the Hotel will be approximately JPY 710
- Walking – Exit the subway at 1A and walk along the Kanda Riverwalk to the Chinzan-so garden entrance, which opens at 10:00 am daily

Airlines served include Air China, ANA (All Nippon Airways), Asiana Airlines, China Eastern Airlines, Japan Airlines, Korean Air, Shanghai Airlines. Four Seasons Hotel at Chinzan-so can be reached by several options of ground transportation. Please contact the Hotel's Concierge for further information on pre-booking arrival arrangements.
By bus
