One-Ninety is a warm, casual restaurant with a comfortable feeling of sophistication. The warm wooden floors, open display kitchen, communal dining environment and unique décor set the stage for a lively and interactive dining experience. Seats 109.

Specialties

International and Singaporean specialties such as spicy laksa, fragrant chicken rice and noodles are available all day. Breakfast features a buffet of Asian and Western favourites. A semi-buffet lunch is offered from Monday to Friday. On Saturday, enjoy sweet and savoury favourites at the international High Tea buffet. Sunday brunch offers a feast for the senses, complete with a martini bar, an extensive selection of appetisers and buffet stations serving Asian and international delights.

Festive Desk

If you're planning a party at home over the holidays, leave the preparations to Four Seasons Hotel Singapore. You may choose a sumptuous oven-baked American turkey with chestnut stuffing and giblet gravy, served with cranberry chutney, or a delectable honey-baked ham with an applesauce accompaniment.
