Spa Service Guarantee
- To offer goods and services of satisfactory quality as defined in the Sales of Goods Act S14 (2).
- We provide a 5 working day (exclude Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays) cooling-off period to all our guests to seek full refund of payment made if they do not wish to proceed with the services offered.
- We have an exchange and refund policy clearly stipulating the time frame and conditions for any exchanges and refunds.
- We have a policy clearly stating the terms and conditions for redemption of sales vouchers.
- We do not engage in selling activities or any form of selling tactics particularly during treatment.
- We have a policy committed to clearly displaying discounted prices.
- We are committed to avoiding over and under-charging and to ensure correct change is given.
- All prices quoted for treatments and spa packages are subjected to 10% service charge and the prevailing GST.
- We have a policy on additional charges for extra services.
- We honor the prices quoted at time of booking for treatments and spa packages and other related services.
- We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of customer data.
- We accept CASH (Singapore Currency), charge to rooms and the following payment methods and channels: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club International and JTB Cards.
- Our spa caters to both male and female guests.
We allow exchange and refund on services within 5 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays) of purchase with a valid original receipt. Any exchange and refund will be processed and completed within 14 days from date of purchase.
Unopened and unused products in the original packaging will be exchanged or refunded in the original packaging within 5 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays) of purchase with a valid original receipt.
