Full-Day and Half-Day Packages
Four Seasons Hotel Singapore offers 1,337 square metres (14,380 square feet) of thoughtfully designed meeting space. Whether you are planning a conference for 400 or an intimate board meeting for 15, the Hotel offers a range of well-designed venues supported by personalised service, to ensure a flawless event.
The full-day meeting package includes:
- Use of meeting room from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
- Two coffee breaks, each including coffee, tea and three snack items
The half-day meeting package includes:
- Use of meeting room from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm or 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm
- One coffee break, including coffee, tea and three snack items
Additional inclusions for both full- and half-day packages:
- Lunch from a choice of Chinese, western or buffet menus
- Flip chart, whiteboard with markers, and overhead or slide projector with screen
- Four Seasons writing pads, pencils, iced water and mints for all attendees
- A fully stocked stationery kit for the facilitator
- Complimentary parking for 20% of meeting attendees
