Reflexology

This specialised foot massage, effective for relieving stress and tension, also helps to improve blood circulation, fostering restoration of the body’s natural state of equilibrium. The technique is based on the premise that the body's chi (vital energy) constantly flows through channels and unites at reflex points on the feet.

Bio body balance

Inspired by Swedish massage techniques, this treatment ensures a long-lasting feeling of physical and mental well-being. It enhances the awareness of every muscle of the body, while inducing total relaxation. The long, slow and flowing strokes help you unwind and truly enjoy a peaceful state of body, mind and spirit. Choose one of our two exclusive oils:

• Serenity – a blend of macadamia nut and olive oil extracts with rose, jasmine and sandalwood essential oils, to repair skin cells and promote tranquillity
• Vitality – a blend of hazelnut and olive oil extracts with bamboo and maté, to tone tissues and revitalise the mind

Aroma

Two essential oil blends are offered for this aromatic massage. Choose from Peace of Asia – with sandalwood, ylang-ylang and black pepper; or Asia Sunset – with lavender, lemongrass and nutmeg. Two massage styles are also available:

• Restorative – light, rhythmic strokes with movement towards the lymphatic areas, resulting in gentle relaxation
• Energising – relieves stress, muscle tension and aches in problem areas; deep strokes and cross-fibre massage techniques stimulate overall blood circulation

Balinese

Renew, strengthen and heal the body with this traditional massage. Techniques of skin rolling, long kneading strokes, thumb circling and thumb pressure are employed, using coconut oil infused with essential oils of basil, vetiver and patchouli.

Swedish

Swedish massage can be firm and invigorating or gentle and soothing. Relaxing strokes and a pure blended oil remove tension and bring relief and a sense of well-being.
