Foremost is the elegant Ballroom, which accommodates up to 268 people for a banquet and 145 for a conference. Divisible into two separate spaces for smaller events, it also features a pre-function area that lends itself to registration or pre-dinner cocktails. Two modern Palo Alto meeting rooms – Ravenswood and Runnymede – can adapt for up to 28 around a conference table, 66 for a reception or 52 for a banquet. Ravenswood’s exclusive pre-function area can host receptions for up to 25. A third meeting room, the Boardroom, accommodates up to 16.
