Find your favorite coffee creations and breakfast pastries in the morning or delicious French-style open faced tartines and farmer’s market salads for lunch, created daily by our culinary team. Breakfast and lunch selections can be conveniently packaged to go or enjoyed at your leisure as you plug-in at the communal table and work on your next big idea.
Monday through Friday from 4:00 pm to 11:00 pm, [esc] transforms into a sophisticated wine bar buzzing with evening energy. Rare California wines are available by the glass are complemented by house-made charcuterie and artisan local cheeses.

A delight for all the senses, SHUCK. is a weekly culinary event held in [esc] on Friday nights. In addition to evening offerings of tartines, charcuterie and locally produced cheese, SHUCK. highlights the finest domestically cultivated oysters, ethically produced caviar and selected seafood available in the area. Fresh oysters are perfectly chilled and shucked to order in servings of one, three or six, accompanied by specialty sauces. Caviar is served by the ounce with traditional accompaniments and the beverage selection features sparkling wines from California's most renowned wineries. Unwind toward the weekend ahead with live music by the Hotel’s resident DJ, spinning cutting edge electronic sounds with feel good indie pop music.
