Quattro

In Quattro, guests enter an airy, dynamic ambience with glass on three sides, accented by the natural warmth of rich hardwood floors. Dramatic lighting changes the mood at night. A shimmering water wall and outdoor fireplace enhances your experience of al fresco, all-day dining on the large terrace.

Quattro showcases northern California cuisine with an Italian twist at breakfast and lunch. The dinner menu features contemporary Italian cuisine, accompanied by boutique wines from California, a wide selection of Italian wines, as well as wines from around the world. Seats 80 indoors, 75 outdoors.

Events and promotions

Christmas Eve and Christmas Day
Quattro: On December 24, 2008, Quattro will serve a four-course prix fixe dinner accompanied by live seasonal entertainment, with seatings from 5:00 pm until 10:00 pm. USD 80.00 per adult; USD 25.00 per child (aged 12 and under).

On Christmas Day, Quattro will offer a three-course prix fixe menu, with seatings from 11:00 am through 8:00 pm. USD 75.00 per adult; USD 25.00 per child (aged 12 and under).

Ballroom: Christmas Day brunch will be served in the Ballroom, featuring a chef's carving station and a seafood bar. Seatings will be available from 11:00 am until 5:00 pm. USD 85.00 per adult; USD 25.00 per child (aged 12 and under).

New Year's Eve
Ring in the new year with a champagne reception at Quattro. The evening includes a full dinner with sparking wine pairings and a VIP dance floor from 8:00 pm to 1:00 am. USD 195.00 per person.

Quattro Terrace VIP: Enjoy a private table for four guests in the lounge, featuring a sushi bar, a dessert bar, a bottle of premium liquor, mixers and access to the dance floor with live DJ from 8:00 pm to 1:00 am. USD 120.00 per person.
