Couple's yoga
Shiva Shakti tradition is associated with principles of both a masculine deity and a feminine one. Shiva represents the constitutive elements of the universe, while Shakti is the dynamic potency, which makes these elements come to life and act. This practice focuses on strengthening the connection between partners, taking the couple through a shiva-shakti dance that focuses on the principles of alignment with energetic movement while honoring the spiritual teachings of awakening the heart.
Mind, Body and Spirit
A class dedicated to preparing the mind and body for meditation. It combines hatha yoga with pranayama and yoga nidra. Yoga was initially invented thousands of years ago by the ancient swamis as a preparation for meditation so your body could be strong enough to remain in a seated position (sukhasana) for long periods of time. In this class, you'll learn the tools you need to create stillness and stability, a perfect place to begin your journey in meditation. Comfortable clothing required.
