The spacious, elegant Grand Ballroom in Four Seasons Hotel Shanghai is ideal for large weddings and features an attractive built-in stage and an elevated, 5.3-metre (17.4-foot) ceiling. The ballroom measures 690 square metres (7,427 square feet) and can accommodate up to 400 guests with round-table seating. We have a wide variety of lighting styles to suit the exact mood of your wedding. The Grand Ballroom is served by spacious atrium foyer, ideal for both pre-event functions and coffee breaks.

Our VIP Rooms are ideal for a more intimate weddings. The second-largest of these spaces, VIP Room I accommodates up to 60 guests with round tables seating, and features its own private foyer for socializing before and after the wedding.

Our VIP Rooms are ideal for a more intimate wedding. The largest of these spaces, VIP Room II accommodates up to 80 guests with round-table seating and adjoins a secluded area of the third-floor atrium foyer for socializing before and after the wedding.

Cancellation policy
Four Seasons Hotel Shanghai reserves the right to request payment of a deposit prior to an event. Non-receipt of a deposit may be treated as a cancellation. Please contact the Hotel for further details
