"Chi" Balancing Massage
Breathe as you gently stretch yourself into this massage and will leave you calm and balanced. You begin this journey with breathing exercises and gentle stretching movements to loosen your mind and body. Then you are massaged with the ancient techniques of Tui Na.
Traditional Tui Na Massage
Tui Na is the traditional form of Chinese specialized massage that works only on areas of concern. Our trained Tui Na specialists will do a consultation to ascertain what areas to work on, to relieve pain and tension. This treatment is ideal for those with injuries, recurring problems or for pain relief.
Foot Reflexology Massage
Balance energy flow and enhance immunity with reflexology. It helps improve blood supply, fostering a restoration of the body’s natural state of equilibrium. This technique is based on the premise that the body contains ‘chi’, constantly flowing through channels which unite to form the reflex points on the feet.
