With the Premium Meeting Package, Four Seasons Hotel Shanghai is bringing the luxury experience where business is also pleasure. For a group of a size from 10 to 30 persons, you and your partners will be able to enjoy the following amenities:
This package includes:
- The main meeting room rental for extended period (8:00am – 2:00pm and/or 12:00noon – 7:00pm)
- Meeting room setup in your desired style with premium meeting amenities (i.e. imported bottled water, writing pad, leather chairs & boaters, pen, premium mints) for each guest
- Welcome, morning and/or afternoon premium refreshments
- All day supply of Illy coffee with specialty coffee machine (i.e espresso, cappuccino), fine imported and Chinese teas, soft drinks and fresh juices
- Choice of one set Chinese, Japanese or western meal served in a private venue (Banquet or Restaurant for above 20 persons) with free flow house wine, beer, fresh juice, soft drinks, mineral water, coffee and tea
- All in-house audiovisual equipment included
- Our meeting butler standby the meeting room at your service throughout the entire event
