With the Green Meeting Package, Four Seasons Hotel Shanghai is proposing a meeting program alternative that is sustainable and promotes local producer and uses seasonal products. For a minimum of 15 persons and a maximum of 150 persons, you and your partners will be able to enjoy the following amenities:
This package includes:
- The main meeting room rental (8:00 am – 12:00 pm and/or 1:00 pm – 5:00 pm)
- Meeting room setup in your desired style with communal style meeting amenities (i.e. flavored waters station, writing pad and pencil on station, communal amenities)
- Morning and/or afternoon refreshment from our selection of “Green” themed coffee breaks
- All day supply of fair trade coffee and Chinese tea
- Choice of set Chinese lunch in Si Ji Xuan or buffet lunch in Café Studio (each subject to availability), served with homemade lemonade, mineral water, coffee and tea
- Audiovisual equipment (flipchart, white board, 3 microphones, 1 LCD projector and screen)
- Our meeting butler standby the meeting room at your service throughout the entire event
- Green plants or pots decoration for your meeting
Half-day at RMB 520 per person
(8:00 am – 12:00 pm or 1:00 pm – 5:00 pm)
Full-day at RMB 620 per person
(8:00 am – 5:00 pm)
