The Deluxe Meeting Package at Four Seasons Hotel Shanghai is delivering the best value in town. For a minimum of 15 persons, you and your partners will be able to enjoy the following amenities:
This package includes:
- The main meeting room rental (8:00am – 12:00 pm and/or 1:00 pm – 5:00 pm)
- Meeting room setup in your desired style with meeting amenities (i.e. bottled water, writing pad, pencil, mints) for each guest
- Morning and/or afternoon refreshments
- All day supply of coffee and fine imported tea
- Choice of set Chinese or western luncheon served in a private venue with free flow fresh juice, soft drinks, mineral water, tea and coffee
- Audiovisual equipment (flipchart, white board, 3 microphones, 1 LCD projector and screen)
- Our meeting butler standby the meeting room at your service throughout the entire event
- Standard floral decoration for your meeting and meal to be selected from our seasonal collection
Half-day at RMB 620 per person

Full-day at RMB 700 per person
