This signature ritual is inspired by the beautiful songs and ocean-spanning journeys of whales. It starts with mind-calming theta meditation, which is followed by a blue ocean body cleanse and an exfoliating and hydrating clear seawater wrap. The ritual continues with a deeply soothing and comforting body massage featuring the therapeutic sound of wind chimes and whale song, and concludes with a relaxing kelp and ocean clay bath and the application of a hydrating gel.

Coco de mer

This sumptuous ritual, ideal for sharing with someone special, is both a tribute to and a celebration of the many tales of love that the coco de mer has inspired throughout the ages. The ritual begins with a foot soak and scrub using sea kelp and coconut milk, followed by a passion fruit and coco de mer body scrub that will leave you glowing as a heart of palm and caviar body wrap firms and nourishes your skin. A massage using rich and hydrating coco de mer whipped massage cream then eases the tension away. Next, you will be anointed in a floral bath ritual with a cinnamon infusion, honey and coconut milk as you admire the beautiful bay of Petite Anse while sipping on a coconilla drink. Conclude with the application of a passion fruit and coco de mer body lotion for lasting hydration.

Shirodhara

Deeply relaxing for the nervous system, this traditional East Indian technique will bring you to another level of consciousness. Two therapists perform a synchronised abhyanga massage using warm oils that will balance your dosha. Warm coconut oil is poured onto the middle of the forehead – the area known as the third eye – creating a feeling of deep stillness. The treatment nourishes hair and scalp, encourages sound sleep and calms the mind and body.
