Boardroom
With a view of the pool, this 52-square-metre (559-square-foot) room is perfect for an intimate gathering. Decorated in earth tones with tasteful African design, the Boardroom includes wired and wireless Internet access and a wall-mounted projector screen – perfect for sharing your precious images and home movies with your family and friends.

Outdoor Celebration Space
Romance will be in the air – along with the Serengeti breezes – on this sunken deck, which is perfect for small gatherings. Located near the main pool, the deck offers expansive views of the pool and the surrounding Serengeti landscape. The 24-square-metre (258-square-foot) space accommodates groups of up to 16.

Discovery Centre
If you're having a larger wedding, the spacious and inviting Discovery Centre may be the perfect venue. This 105-square-metre (1,130-square-foot) space can host up to 50 guests for a standing reception. To share special memories with your guests, the Discovery Centre has wired and wireless Internet access, data and audio ports and a projector screen.

TV Lounge
For the casual affair, the large TV Lounge offers 72 square metres (775 square feet) of space. Versatile and contemporary and styled with earth tones and modern African décor, the room offers a large-screen television for bridal couples who envision sharing slideshows with their guests.

Advance Booking and Space Confirmation
To avoid disappointment, we recommend booking 9 to 15 months in advance; however, we can sometimes accommodate events with shorter or longer notice.

Cancellation Policy
In the unfortunate event that a wedding or wedding event must be cancelled, the Lodge may retain a portion of the deposit as a cancellation fee, based on the time of the cancellation. Guest room cancellations follow standard room cancellation policies.
